The hotel is clean and tidy. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was only here one night so didn’t use the restaurant or pizza area. Pool bar well stocked and young man very pleasant. Lady behind reception was lovely. Surrounding area is pretty derelict, no bars/shops etc. Feels like I’m in the middle of nowhere. Like I said, all pleasant but I like a bit of atmosphere, things/places to visit on my doorstep so this is not for me.

2nd time we have stayed here this year. As with the last time, if you are looking for a 5* luxury apartment it is NOT for you. but in a quiet area, pool and bar (who do a limited food menu). TBH the place needs money spending on it, but it wont stop us returning

If this was supposed to be a 4* property I’d give it a zero star rating, but for the price it really worked well. Quiet area, pool and bar on site 5 minutes from the airport. It is a bit tired, but doesn’t affect the stay. I’ll be back for less than £30 per night!

The property was very clean. The staff that we had contact with were very helpful and friendly. There is a very large pool with one half of it perfectly suitable for kids and young children. The are around the property is very quiet and there are a few shops and restaurants.

Overall, the stay was ok but I guess the sunshine helps a lot. This aparthotel needed an upgrade, like 10 years ago and now is screaming for a general refurbishment. The staff is neither friendly or unfriendly and basically doing their job apart from one male receptionist on our last day and the night porter who welcomes you with a smile after hours. The good bit is a pizzeria situated within the hotel premises and their pizza is very good. We only stayed there 3 nights and I would not book it for any longer. Cheap and cheerful

Best place till now where I stayed on this Island
The people working for the Hotel are very friendly and the cleaning service is everyday + clean towels. Everyone is very eager to help you out if you have question. Recommend to go. Overall, on this location you can drive easy to the south or north to do your trip

Paid half board and We were the only people on half-board so we had to give a time when we wished to eat and book what food we wanted that evening which was always served cold and the oddest selection of foods Not very good food have stayed here before and had better. Also the place was very quiet and the staff struggle to speak English

The property could do with an update on furnishing and sunbeds, the rooms are very clean, and cleaners are around everyday. The pool and poolside entertainment are excellent. I would recommend if you don't mind basic accommodation but will say it needs a near by shop. I will stay there again and being a fussy person that says a lot

I have been going to La Piramide for the past 5 years and there has been some improvements on the entertainment side, and I was happy with the staff who are very friendly and informative, the only problem is with the wi-fi of which you can barely get in the apartments and also in the reception area it can also fail,but overall I am happy.

Room nice and clean, staff really helpful. However it's one big minus. Cold meals. I can recommend room to stay in this place (room is with kitchenette, required dishes and pots to prepare meals) but not half-board, b&b or all-inclusive. Lights above the meals in buffet area don't keep meals hot (that's decoration only) so any single meal which is serve their is cold or only a little bit warm.

Great place for us all staff friendly. A mix of Nations and some fun activities. Easy transfer to airport 2 Euros big local supermarket walking distance. Really great value for a cheap break in the sun not 5 star but no annoying snobbish clients

Overall, these apartments are very good value for money. They are basic and a little dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The area in which they are situated is mixed, but while quite run down and generally unattractive , it is safe and there is an excellent coastal lit footpath into town (about 35 minutes walk). The pool is good and the apartments are cleaned each day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were not quite so impressed with the restaurant, even though it was well priced (the food was cold and limited) and we only used it once. Overall, however, these apartments represent good value for money and we enjoyed our overall stay.

Close to the airport and at the centre of the Island so a good base if you're going exploring. If you prefer staying away from built up areas this is ideal. It's also within walking distance of shops for self caterers.

very Surprised after reading a few negative reviews , we stayed for 6 nights over Xmas on a self catering basis but they do half board for approx 20 euros a day and the pool bar does snacks anyway and you can just opt for breakfast and lunch , bar prices very cheap , the rooms are large and if you haven’t got a toaster or a microwave then ask for them and they will Get them for you , lovely pool area loads of sun beds but pool Was freezing , there are a few bars round the corner with an Indian Chinese and Mexican , bennys sports bar and a restaurant and another one next door then further up the crazy goat and an Irish bar , we found this enough for us but a lovely 20 minute coastal walk takes you to Caleta de Fuste with loads of bars or under 5 euros in a taxi , had free WiFi and tv if you want it , 2 little shops selling basics near the bars , beds were a bit firm and water went off a couple of times but we found it good affordable comfortable accommodation in a quiet area but within easy reach of everything

Perfect for a quiet time, not for ravers.
More TV channel in English, BBC, ITV Etc. would be nice. Although programs originally made in English and have been dubbed into Spanish can be returned back into English. Mostly American programs. Apartments are clean, and a good size. All apartments have a nice view of the pool, clean but chilly. There is not much outside the complex. So a perfect place to relax.

Good value, staff very pleasant. Kitchen well kitted out. Only negative no hot water which I admittedly did not report so cannot complain. Otherwise very comfortable 40 mins walk along coast to Caleta de Fuste which is very pleasant as people feed the chipmunks. Although remote the no 3 bus every 1/4 hour form caleta or the airport stops 200 metres from the hotel (less than 2 euros). Even had entertainment by the pool in the afternoon.
