"Wow! What an amazing place! The pictures posted are beautiful but this home is even better in person! There are so many areas within the house that allow you those amazing ocean views and if you want to be a little closer you can step onto the incredibly large deck area on the back of the home. The living room was large, cozy and open and allowed for everyone to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you could possibly need. Kathy was so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcomed! It was so difficult to pack up and leave such an amazing place! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!"

Beautiful views, great location on the island, close to the Ocean Pointe golf course on secluded street. The property managers were great with communication, the house had plenty of room, and recommend it to anyone with large groups. "

"The bungalow was very nice. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. The hostess responded quickly to my inquiries. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was small but manageable. There was very little silverware & what was there was cheap so I would recommend it be replaced and upgraded. The spiral stairs leading to the master bedroom was very tricky and with no handrails it was a detriment to the older guests. Everything else was good and the electric golf cart was definitely a plus. The location was very good and very convenient. We did not use the laundry for our short stay. "

"We've been vacationing at Fripp for over 20 years, and had a wonderful visit in this home. It is beautifully decorated, clean, located on a quiet culdesac, and had everything we needed to enjoy time with family. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and find solutions to make sure our visit was enjoyable. The beach bikes were the nicest we've ever had provided by a property, and cruising in the golf cart is always fun. The beach at this end of the island is my favorite, as it's quieter and not right next to the larger crowds that are found mid-island. We would absolutely stay here again, and look forward to our next Fripp trip!"

"In real estate location is key and this villa has the best real estate on the island if you want to have direct access to the beach and adult pool. You can stay at nicer places on the island, but if your goal is convenience then this JF Villa takes second to none. The kitchen is exactly what you expect from a villa. The one downside is the grill has to be electric so it limits your grilling options. I don’t think I have been to any villa and thought that was 5 Star clean so it met my expectation of what it would be. "
