The staff all speak English and there's an in-house travel service as well as the wonderful VIT Travel agency just over the road. The shower was properly hot and, importantly, separate from the rest of the bathroom. My room had a balcony and a vast bed. If you want to be in the heart of Old Town Hanoi, this place is perfect. "

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it."
