"Hidden parking fee. Lady did not disclose the parking fee verbally. I called, and another lady said "nothing i can do, you signed the vehicle registration form". Mind you, vehicle registration form was on a iPad and not a sheet of paper pointing out that there was a $25 dollar parking fee."

"We always stay at the Hyatt when we visit Santa Cruz. It is a first rate hostelry in every respect."

"Very charming. Our bed was very comfortable. Our room upstairs had a nice balcony patio overlooking the pool and garden area. Our room was very clean and housekeeping excellent. We dined with our dog on the patio at Sevis. Bri was awesome as a server Our dinners were great"

"They don’t take cashapp cards to check in even if you made your booking with your cashapp card. Room was nothing like the pictures. "

"Areas of the Hotel were closed restaurant and out door game area. Had to move from one room as too hot in 50 degree weather and shower drain back up. Under remolding unit above our room install a new floor from the sound of it."
