"Wonderful stay! The owner was super nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned upon request, wifi worked and AC was cold. Fridge and Refridgerator were working and are clean. The bathroom was also clean. Location is great, Walking distance to downtown Franklin and short drive to Ingles."

"Simple retro motel, very clean, everything was in working order and up to date. Other than the flat screen tv, digital clock, & mini hair dryer, you stepped back in time to the 1960’s. No USB ports here! But there was a multi outlet to plug in phones & devices. Quiet. Definitely will stay here again!"
