"Atmospheric Chateau but in need of a little upgrading. Staff were great and very helpful. Grounds were excellent to walk round. Breakfast was quite reasonable but dinner was poor value. Definitely plan on eating out. Rooms were huge but our bathroom had only a bath with no shower which given how big it was seemed a little strange. The Chateau is dog friendly which we appreciate and overall we enjoyed our stay "

"4 stars The room was okay—clean and good for a short stay. Free parking was a big plus, with plenty of spaces available. The price was fair for what we got. The only problem was that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. Overall, a good stay with just one downside."
