"The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect."

"Overall, our family of four had a pretty good stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. One small pool was being serviced for a part of our stay but wasn’t a big deal for us. The breakfast that was included was a bit limited. There are items single-serve cereal and oatmeal, and there are things on the menu that are pre-made like breakfast sandwiches. If you have no restrictions or allergies, it’s fine, but there were hardly any options for me (meat and dairy-free). We walked to nearby Euphoria for breakfast twice. Food was decent and the service was great. The water park was great. There’s pretty much something for every age to enjoy. The food there was just so so. "

"Check-In took over an hour. Only had one person work in the counter. The room keys I was given did not work. Had to wait another hour to get keys to my room. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your time is important"

"Staffing was friendly. Immediately upon check in tricked into a “tour” that was a timeshare meeting requiring attendance or they would charge my card $200. Floors were dirty as well as the bathtubs. There was were several amenity areas that were taped off for construction. The outside bar by the main pool was not open or functioning during our stay. Had we been aware we of all the work being done we would have booked else where "

"Big Kahuna pool area was a fun family atmosphere. Bar tenders are fantastic "

"This property is fairly new. It’s very clean. The only issue I had was the parking. When constructing these units they didn’t do very well with the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It’s out the way of the normal Orlando hustle and bustle. We will definitely return."
