"I just wanted to leave a huge thank you to one of the staff members here for being so kind and accommodating during our stay. She went above and beyond to help me and my mom, including making sure our rooms were beside each other, which truly meant a lot to us. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell when someone actually enjoys helping people, and she absolutely made our experience better. "Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is the property did just start charging a $10 a night parking fee on top of having to pay for breakfast. This just started in March, as we stayed here the beginning of march"

"Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "

"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "
