"Breakfast was good and they had sugar free syrup and jelly, which i need. Shuttle was good to the baseball game. Right across from 6 flags, near ball parks, and halfway between ft worth and dallas. I would stay here again!"

"Staff were friendly but rooms need help. Lights not working, bathroom floods, towels super old and thin. Says if you forgot something we can help. Forgot a toothbrush and they had none available even to buy. No sink in bathroom so had to touch stuff to go and wash hands, that was strange never seen that before. "

"The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area. "

"Found a small but noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom. Return/cancellation policy was not followed. When I attempted to get help on the cancellation, was told the room could not be cancelled which is not what the cancellation policy stated. The cancellation policy was very clear that even after check in, the room could be cancelled and refund would be up to the hotel. Of course a refund was not issued, but the hotel did not check me out of the room even though I gave the keys back to the front desk. The hotel also charged me $13 after the booking when the room was not used and early check out should’ve been processed."

"The AC didn’t work at all in the room we were in and I woke up with itchy bumps all over my face. Will never come here again."
