Overall was very safe and relatively clean. Downside was having only one window in a 2 room suite that overlooked an alleyway. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was incredible!

It was run down it had a stinky smell in the elevators the carpet was old not to clean. The sofa couch had stains. Wifi did not work for our don ps5 wilł npt stay there ever again.

Excellent hotel very close to restaurants and Sundance square. Have contract with gym across street which was very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful. Only concern first day there was very little water pressure and shower was cold but was later afternoon no issues other three days. Would definitely stay there again.
