Welcome to this 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo located on Pelican Isle. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy amazing panoramic Gulf views from the 3rd floor. Upgraded finishes include tile floors throughout main living areas and custom bedding and window treatments. This condo comfortably sleeps six with its unique bunk bed arrangement as well murphy bed and futon sofa accommodations. It's wonderful resort style amenities include a Gulf front pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ grills and all the shopping, dining and entertainment the coast is famous for! There is ongoing landscaping work at the condominium. Caution tape will be used to deter entry from areas being worked on. Please call for any questions.
