This beautiful pool home is located in SE downtown of Cape Coral.This luxurious three bedroom home is perfect for anyone in search of a relaxing lifestyle that nonetheless has access to all the amenities. You ll find a spacious layout with an open floor plan and wonderful views of the pool. The pool is heated by solar panels. It s only 10 min ride to city beach and Pier. 15 min ride to downtown Ft Myers and 30 min to Ft Myers Beach. Optional rental car,Ford Mustang 2017 Convertible, $55 per day.

Very nice home with lovely swimming pool.

We enjoyed being here very much. Our only problem was contacting the owner to learn how to access the property. Once there, all was lovely. The pool table that is in the middle of the living room does make entertaining difficult. If you can ignore that, or love pool, you will love the house. Everything is clean and there are quite a few extra supplies provided.
