"This property was just ok, we were 1st given a room that was dirty for example (stains on the chair, holes in the curtains, bathtub was cracked) and old. The rooms did not look like the pictures posted. They did accommodate us for a room change to a more updated one. Some of the staff could have been nicer, as they short-staffed which I understand working in the service industry however I would not let people stand on line and not make eye-contact or say can I help you? Very unprofessional! Their attitude was if you don’t like it leave. The beach should be cleaned up for their guests!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Great restaurants in the area. When I booked the room I booked a king size with a pool view. I called about a week before our stay to make sure we had king with a pool view. This was our third stay there. In the past we have been charged an upgrade fee (which was returned once we asked about it) I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen. I was a was assured we had the room we wanted with no upgrade fee. When we checked in I was told we didn’t have a pool view. They were over booked and the manager changed our room. Fortunately the staff was able to make changes so we got the room I expected to have. "

"Check in was only through a computer video with a foreigner that can’t speak English. Had emergency and needed to check out one day early and wouldn’t give credit for the day cancelled. There is no staff ever at the front desk. The sheets on the bed had hairs in it so they don’t change the sheets. There is no working telephone in the room. There were people partying outside my window on the first floor for over 90 minutes lat night keeping me awake and there is no security there. I finally had to call the hotel number on my cell phone to complain and got some non English speaking foreigner to complain and nothing was done to break up the crowd. Terrible hotel. "

"Broken hot tub. Only reason we booked hotel. Was not disclosed. Cost me lots of $$$ and time staying here. Moved back to munich hotel"

"Only two small towels a day for two adults. Had to chase down housekeeping daily for more and they acted like it was a crime. One told me she had no more for the day. Stayed 7 nights they came in switched towels and cups for the broken coffee maker , rarely left Towelet paper we had to chase that down also. Never cleaned nor changed sheets. "

"The bathroom had a bad odor,the sinks were never cleaned and the floor I wiped down with a damp towel and had a dirty towel. Took photos n showed the person at the front desk. She told me she would tell the cleaning staff. She offered me nothing "
