  • Come, enjoy this 3 bedroom/2 bath 2000 sq.ft. home in Saint James City with over 150 feet of seawall. This Villa is a fishermans paradise with a covered boat lift. You are only minutes from the waters of Pine Island Sound. This area is known for some of the best fishing for snook, redfish, trout, grouper, snapper, pompano, cobia and more. Make your way North past Sanibel , Captiva and Cayo Costa to the waters around Boca Grande Pass to find the largest tarpon population in the world. If after all that, you are all worn out, why not just relax and fish the sandy flats and mangroves always just minutes away. For your information, there are also fishing charter services available nearby.
