"There was no staff at the front desk. When you walked in there was a computer screen and a man came up on video. He clearly didnt check us in 100% correctly because i got a call on my phone at 3am asking when we were checking in when we were already in the room trying to sleep. Then at 4am, house keeping barged in our room! But i was charged for the room. Maybe they need real workers at the hotel not on zoom."

"No equipment in the kitchen except a coffee maker & toaster. Had to ask for an iron& board. Had to pay for umbrella & beach chairs separately, per day. Paid for parking each day."
