"We did not get a double queen bed like we booked. There was feces on the toilet. Two bugs were crawling around in the bathroom. Did not get enough pillows. No lighting in the parking lot. We will not stay here again. "

"When I first arrived, they left a key in a box for me to obtain because the lobby closes at 5pm. I arrived to my room and there was a terrible smell, the bathroom shower had mold on the shower device and the pillows were stained with saliva (yellow circles on them). I called management. They stated "they have a cleaner room for me" and "they must of overlooked this room" The next room was cleaner however the beds are old and you sink in the middle of them and the property room cleanliness is just adequate. On a better note the staff is kind and the food and drinks at the bar were pretty good. I would only stay here if I was desperate. "

"In pictures the house looks great. The layout and views are great. The house was clean but worn. The pool was dirty and falling apart. When I talked to the host about finding another property due to pool and deck tiles being broken “With kids running around” they seemed happy to help. Although it was “clean” we also found tiny ants all over the kitchen countertops. When I reached out to the host again (who hasn’t Gotten back to be about another property yet) and I asked for a refund, they totally ghosted me! I will not be staying here again. "
