"I am waiting for a refund. I asked the owner before booking to ensure we would be able to bring our boat and access the area with our boat. Upon arrival it was discovered that the access was not available due to the locks being closed for several months which was not disclosed. Though the home was very nice the whole reason for booking was to be able to access the water and use the boat straight from the house. This was not as promised. "We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...
