Florida Getaway

Inside of the property is accurate to the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Travelers need to know that this is a duplex, not a single-family home that you are renting. It is also located in a pretty low income neighborhood and everyone knows that it is a vacation rental. You will get some stares and side eyes as you come and go. I would not stay in this area again.

July trip

This was our second visit to location, and it was fabulous, just like our previous stay. The home is close to everything we needed and well stocked with essentials. When we visit again, I hope this home is available.

This place was great! Host communication was excellent. Accommodations were as described and very clean. We also made of use of the well supplied kitchen for a couple of homemade meals. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely book again!

Quaint Place With A Boho Vibe

We stayed 2 nights at the property. It takes 30 minutes to get there from the airport. The pictures and description of the property were spot on. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine courtesy of our hosts. The 2 bed/2bath combo was perfect for a family of 4–mom, dad,15 year old girl and 18 year old girl. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was very clean, bright & airy. It was big enough for the 2 of us and also our company of 2. We had a grill so we could cook if we wanted & located fairly close to a variety of restaurants. We especially liked the fact that our hosts were present & available if we needed anything at all. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the spacious back yard. And also enjoyed the lanais on the front & back.

Excellent spot in Cape Coral

This VRBO exceeded all of our expectations. Very centrally located in Cape Coral with some great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Cubay (the Cuban sandwiches were HUGE!) and Twisted Lobster. The house was very clean and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. There are neighbors that you share a wall with, but we didn't hear them the entire stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy 5 stars and would stay again.

Cute Wildlife Included!!!

The unit was bright and clean. It came with a stocked kitchen with staples and many appliances and kitchen utensils. It felt like we were visiting the home of a friend. The medicine cabinets had things you might need. Coffee, creamer and sweetener were provided. There were games in one closet. And there are two cute ground owls who live in a hole in front of the neighbors mailbox, plus a cottontail rabbit that stopped by one morning. Toiletries were provided. There was a wagon with beach chairs. There was a screened porch front and back, plus backyard. The owner even left the whole container of dishwasher pods, we felt trusted, and we did not take them when we left. It was nice to be treated like a guest, not possible thief.
