Friendly staff and great location, no hot water, bugs all in the room, non stop running in early morning and late evening from room above us, flat old pillows with no extra to give customers, ran out of towels daily and had to wait for them to be washed

Let's start by saying the staff was amazing. The hot water was inconsistent the entire stay. The water will be hot for a few minutes then turn cold. We were told that maintenance was coming, obviously they didn't come. Lastly there was an issue with roaches!!

We had two rooms. Ours was clean but smelled like paint. Kitchen needs to be updated. There are no supplies. Our friends room also smelled bad but not sure what it was. Very strong smell. They had no toilet paper and the room had not been cleaned very well. Sticky floor, food on the wall. Looks like someone punched a hole in the door. And the drawers were all warped. Staff was nice enough.

This place is for drifters. This is not a safe environment. You would not feel comfortable, especially with your family outside of that. Miramar is a great city to live work and play. However, this facility was a total disappointment.

The staff was really nice however the room was dirty. The floor looked like it hasn’t been mopped or swept. There was debris on the floor and hair. The couch in the corner of the room had a lot of dirt and debris underneath it. The room smelt moldy. We found blood drops on the floor in the bathroom. At night time the hallway smelled like marijuana and outside of the hotel at night people partied and smoked. There is no staff at night time so if you need something or there’s an emergency not sure who is to be contacted. Definitely was a free for all at night time.

I stayed for 1 week with my dog and it was a great experience, very clean and nice people. I had an amazing view of the pond outback of the hotel from my window which made sunsets every night from my hotel room awesome. I’d definitely stay again 10/10

Excellent staff. Overall great value for a budget hotel, just don’t expect everything to work as expected (like the elevator or shower heads) - it’s a budget hotel. Decent WiFi.
