I arrived very late at night and even lost out on 2 nights here due to flight loss, manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite free of charge! I will definitely stay here again!

Personal at front desk very unfriendly, not helpful Old facilities, dirty. Smells Not ventilation. Nor for the room, not for the bathroom (terrible) Didn’t have shampoo, when asked they say to go to one dollar store across the street Ask then to hold my bags until check in time (flight was early) make me wait one hour from 7:00 to 8:00 am to tell me that they cannot help me with out an expensive additional cost I was at the beginning of my cruise vacation, started with bad experience and of course did not reserve this hotel on our way bad Do not use this hotel, doesn’t no compensate the low price

The room was ok. It does need some updating. My phone charger would not stay in outlets, the connection was loose and would fall out. Room had microwave and mini fridge. The freezer was covered in ice but still did it's job. Beds were comfy. The water for shower was super hot which is a plus. The door did have a gap on top but the room temperature still stayed comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel does have a pool. Hotel is on the main road with a bus stop close by. Area is a little run down but felt safe. 15 min walk to Hollywood Blvd. Family Dollar and European market across the street. Bakeries and food choices walkable distances. Overall a good stay on a budget.

Surprisingly way better than the pictures, I got a renovated room. Loved everything from the staff to the room and the unbeatable prices. It’s definitely hotel status worthy and better service than a few hotels I’ve stayed at (Hilton, Courtyard, etc). Only cons I would say is the chippy internet and lack of parking. Other than that this is definitely some bang for your buck.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all of my years of traveling and vacationing. The front desk lady was just down right contrary and rude ignored us for over 45 min because she had just argued and kicked out the renters before us. All she wanted was to leave the key in the window for her husband who was coming late from a flight. She told them we don’t do that. Who cares if both of you rented the room only your is was taken. Then she proceeded to harass and curse the woman in front of us. That show took 20 min. When it was our turn she rudely asked us to re Oder the room thru Expedia to get the price we were promised so we did she then decided to take everyone else who was paying full price before us. My wife has cancer and needs to use the restroom and asked for her to please hurry that we needed our room she then closed the window and told us when she got to it. After that she called the manager and said that we were being too rude and she was refusing us service. Decided to call the police and in the process made my sick wife cry , she cursed her and called her many names and adjectives that I can’t write and decided to call her husband to try and intimidate me into leaving. We called the office, all the numbers available and then when the owners couldn’t get the employee to do the paperwork told us to get a refund from Expedia. As you can imagine after this ordeal. When we went to the next four hotels motels. it turned out she called ahead als

Don’t recommended to stay in this Hotel. Stuff don’t clean up room. Don’t change towels, no shampoo, no soap bars, After request to change towels stuff forget to do that. Had a room out front right by service desk, and all I heard all night was the front desk guy going back and forth talking and yelling, with his keys making an unnecessary amount of noise. The front desk does not care about people making noise or loitering outside of those from rooms windows. The location is decent, the price is decent, I actually like that they only do 50$ cash deposit, but I also had to wait an hour to check in because the couple in front of me took forever and the front desk obviously did not seem to care. I would never stay there again if I had to stay in the front rooms by the desk. Rooms were also not very clean.

Great people at front desk, house keeping, and maintenance they were all very friendly and professional, Clean room, AC was very efficient, I left it off during a record 87 degree day and when I came back at end of day, turned it on took a dip in the pool and room was cool in less than 10 minutes! Free parking next to room.Public bus stop at the corner for FLL Airport bus. My only problem was no hangers in closet
