Basic but very clean. Towels and sheets were crisp and clean, so too the shower and toilet. Overall, excellent!! I’ll definitely stay there again.

We only needed an overnight stay. Motel is old and tired. Bed comfortable, clean unit . Bathroom needs plumbing. Water pressure not good otherwise all was well.

very Disappointing

The hotel had no idea about our booking and subsequently did not have the correct accommodation ready for us. We were shown a double room with a broken toilet in one bathroom. We were offered the room at a discounted rate, which we declined and managed to book alternative suitable accommodation.

Worst place I've ever stayed

Advertised as luxury rooms, this may have been true 30 years ago, but sadly a complete lie today. I was not impressed to see a cockroach on the bed. No mini - bar, no face washers, only one pillow per person, detergent quality shampoo. What a let down! I booked three nights but was not prepared to endure more than one. Disgusting!

Everything and nothing at the same time

I booked this as a romantic get away over the easter break, we were looking for somewhere close to the water, pub and restaurants, but equally we wanted somewhere comfortable to relax with the facilities to help us to do so. The room was dated but no where near as bad as I expected from reviews.Shower curtain needed replacement but no biggie, great size (room 211) , comfortable for an extended stay. Room was not serviced, the cleaner walked straight in without knocking on day two (awkward) , we asked for fresh towels and that was all we saw during our 3 night stay. No Austar/foxtel as advertised (apparently it was offline and stayed so for the duration of our stay - 3 days) $10 continental breakfast for two (bargain) , we didn't have it but I was impressed by that.
