"Lovely older well kept home. Has everything you need. Lovely neighborhood and has a very nice yard to sit out in. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. Secure parking for one vehicle. It is close to the airport but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy and we slept fine. Would consider staying here again. Thanks"

Being within walking distance of Lower Greenville meant we could easily grab a bite to eat or find some entertainment. The house itself was modern and had plenty of space, making it great for hanging out and chatting with friends or family. Everything was exceptional from the backyard pool, “tree” house gazebo, and the basketball court to the waterfall showers with the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you will need to serve your family’s needs."

"This was a great home-away-from-home for our family of 4 (kids ages 11-13). Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pictures were spot on - everything was clean, bright, and modern. Located right near downtown so very close to a lot of fun family destinations - Perot museum, Aquarium, Farmer's market, Medieval times, etc... Having the gated driveway was perfect as the owners allowed us to charge our electric car from the (120V) garage outlet. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay at this home! It was honestly the nicest/put together home we’ve stayed at thus far. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. "Home was a great location for getting downtown for volleyball tournament. Only $10-$12 Uber. Bishop art district 10 minutes away for the foodies. Very spacious with way more room than a hotel. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was nice to cook breakfast and relax in the morning. Older home with lots of character and great wooden floors. Host were very nice and responsive"

"Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!"

There are also great areas for eating and watching television together. I love a good shower, and the large one at this site fit the bill. The beds were comfortable. Having bedrooms with baths for each couple was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Close to the wedding venue. Plenty of restaurants close by.
