"Everything about this hotel was excellent. We were so pleased to have chosen this place to stay for our week of bicycling in Girona. The staff was very accommodating, the room was large and very clean, and we even had a secure room to store our bikes. The location is perfect for getting around after cycling to eat and shop. "The hosts were really nice, the area was nice as well, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It was very clean with a pin to enter which is a lot easier. The only thing that I did not like was that no one came to change the dirty towels. Overall it was beautiful and nice. I do recommend it"

"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "
