The property dates back to 1380 and the rooms are decorated with choicest artifacts that adds greatly to the experience. The location is fantastic too with the local market and restaurants in easy walking reach. The breakfast service is fabulous with many choices and Lorenzo himself is great chef as well! "Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team."
