Great friendly staff and amazing buffet breakfast. We loved exploring a new area of Hawaii we haven’t been before. Loads of food options in the mall attached.

Loved the location of the hotel well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend the accommodation to all my family and friends.

Fantastic breakfast offering included in our booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large and aesthetic room, very clean and luxurious feel. Pool and jacuzzi were great, and we could borrow towels. A few food options within walking distance but not great quality. I felt that the neighbourhood was a bit eerie. Only 20min from the airport in good traffic which was convenient for us.

The condition of the property was great and the staff were friendly and helpful, a great room design too.

If you plan to do a bunch of shopping at Ala Moana mall then this is the place for you! There’s a bit of walking involved so be ready for that. There’s pool is nice and big too

I dont usually give 10 out of 10 review as no one is perfect but couldnt fault this hotel from checkin to checkout everything super easy. Fast checkin, room large we had 1 bedroom 2 very comfortable beds, a separate lounge and kitchenette which had everything we needed. Super clean only had a shower but it was large however showerhead was too high would have liked a pull down showerhead or a bath but we managed. Highly recommend the Coconut! We have stayed at 15+ different hotels in Waikiki and the Coconut has been one of our favourites. Fantastic staff with 24hr front desk. Clean and well kept lobby and pool areas. Spotless housekeeping. Spacious room with comfortable king bed and kitchenette that was very handy. Nice little gym and a self-serve laundry. The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. They are older so be prepared, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely. Bathrooms are clean, but older. The staff were extremely helpful and were there 24 hours a day so it you have a 5am check out to catch your flight, there is someone there to help you. Everything about this hotel was great! We loved our stay and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Location is great also. Keep in mind you have to pay $2 for laundry detergent and around $5 for the washing machine and dryer that isn’t for free. Gym and pool were very clean as well. Overall 10/10 great stay

Hotel was very close to Waikiki beach which we enjoyed. We found the staff very helpful, the hotel clean. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and the easy booking of a hire car.

We had an amazing time at White Sands Hotel The staff were accomodating, friendly & helpful. The pool was great, the pool bar so much fun with the swings & the speakeasy was cute & inviting! We loved everything about White Sands We definitely will stay here again!

Great rooms, service and pool area. While the food and drinks by the pool were delicious, the prices were unreasonably high.
