"This little condo was perfect for my family. Right on the beach with a SHORT walk that had a shower. Everyone in the plex was so nice and welcoming. Previous reviews mention it being older or worn down but we found it to be quaint, calm, and perfect. Well outfitted with everything we needed and the rental company was extremely helpful!"

"Great place to enjoy the access to Folly Beach. This condo provided a very peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy beach traffic. We appreciated all that the condo had to offer especially the beautiful sunset views. We definitely underestimated the four flights of steps, it’s not for everyone who may have physical challenges that may hinder their ability to climb. "I believe the stay was great. We got early check in, the parking passes were easy to get, great instructions on what to do and overall i loved the place. The only issue was one of the toilet paper holders in one of the bathrooms was loose but thats sooooo minor"

"The accommodations were excellent. It is about a mile to the beach, but a small dock and waterway is directly behind the development. Everything you need for a great getaway is provided.
