It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Ele esta passando por reformas, o que esta deixando a estrutura mais atualizada. Espero que deem atenção aos quartos e banheiros também, pois precisam de atenção e atualização. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Very disappointing
Not recommended. Flee from this place. Not good value for money. Only off-site parking, sketchy as we arrived to get the car and it was outside in the street. Smelly room, room was not ready when we arrived. No soap or towels when we arrived. Used razor in bathroom. Bed was small, uneven and with bedsheets smaller than the bed. Bad elevator, had to use stairs a lot. Good location though, and reasonable breakfast and staff seemed to try their best.

Atendimento otimo. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei hospedado por 5 dias e os corredores não foram limpos nenhuma vez (estavam muito sujos). A limpeza do quarto era feita na base da vassoura apenas. Hotel de passagem apenas. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

all and all the place was great for the price. They say they have someone there that speaks English. That was not the case but we easily used a translator and had no problems

No primeiro dia de entrada tivemos problema com nosso quarto, a qual o banheiro ficava piscando a luz e quando acordamos o quarto estava cheio de agua, comubicamos na recepção a qual o recepcionista prontamente nos ajudou e fomos mudados de quarto, com isso atingimos nosso objetivo... a única falha que encontramos é que fala de estacionamento, mas como é externo tivemos que pagar a diaria avulsa no momento do check-in.

Caro para o que é oferecido.
Primeiramente não avisaram que iria ter carnaval na porta do hotel, isso foi horrível para chegar com malas e criança. O travesseiro é daqueles bem mole, horrível para dormir. O quarto não tinha telefone. Se quisesse falar com a recepção tinha que descer do 14º andar.
