"My husband and I were in town to visit relatives for a few days. The place was as advertised. Comfortable king sized bed (we didn’t use the queen bedroom since it was just us.) We did try to contact the owner because the WiFi wasn’t working, but never heard back from him. It really wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time there anyways. Very close to downtown."

"My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!"

"Dana was an incredible host! Extremely communicative and accommodating. The pool house is tidy and providing a cozy place to live for the week. I was able to make several meals and the kicthen is well stocked with all utensils you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet and made it easy to work from the location as well. I would absolutely book again and plan to on future trips. "

"The description does not say uou must climb rickety stairs and it says it was freshly remodeled and yet the tin ceiling near the fridge was coming down and the attempted to fixed the foundation by droping bags of cement in the harbor waters that it sits in. "

"After having to text the owner for arrival instructions multiple times the day of my arrival, I finally received a message with a code for the door. The exterior door didn't work well and was not very secure at all. "The property was so pretty. We did misunderstand that there isn’t any food available. Everyone was very friendly and helpful though. They pointed us to some great restaurants. It you can bring your own pillows! They were very flat and also an extra blanket would be good. We’d stay again but would make preparations for the needed items. If you need anything just ask the friendly staff!"
