"Great rooms and staff, the breakfast is amazing "

"Nice updated room but could have been cleaned a little better. Pulled nightstand out to retrieve my eyeglasses and found someone's used dirty napkin. Website states that it's .6 of a mile from Duval, it's more like 1.2 miles. Good parking!"

"We loved the quiet nature of the property, the easy access to a relaxing pool, and the location being so perfect to be able to walk to virtually everything but still have peace and quiet away from the noise. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This place is a great location- right down the street from Duval, although it is about a 20 minute walk to the better bars. Very affordable and parking on location, highly recommend!"
