Sitting under a wild orchid tree on Southard Street, you are a stone's throw from the magic and excitement of Duval and the historic seaport. Slip on your comfiest flip flops and ease on down to fabulous dining, boutiques and galleries. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Your serenity begins as you pass through the white picket gate and step foot on the lush grounds of this vibrant and picturesque estate.Take a break from reality out on the front porch as you soak up gorgeous tropical views. A blend of coastal decor and tropical-chic accoutrements captivate your bohemian soul and beckon you inside the front door. As you enter, take a cool respite in the parlor that offers plush seating, a Keurig machine, unlimited coffee k-cups, microwave, ice machine, and a filtered water cooler. Read your favorite novel by the light of tropical sunshine or turn on cozy lamps when the sun sets. A wall-mounted TV offers an alternative diversion while you are waiting for your night out on the town. You will also find extra towels and an area for storing luggage during your arrival or departure. A lovely, small powder room is located at the base of the stairs for your comfort and convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Just off the pool area downstairs resides the coziest of our rooms, with a luxurious queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and storage cabinet. The private bathroom is outfitted with a quartz sink countertop, toilet and glass-door shower. This quaint retreat has all the essentials for rest and relaxation while you are on island time. Enjoy a Keurig machine for your morning cup of coffee to start the day as well as a mini fridge for all of your essentials.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
The exquisite upper balcony and lower porch overlook a large, sparkling pool (heated in winter months) and beautifully landscaped garden deck. This place was great. If you get there before check in there is a parlor with coffee maker, bathroom, tv, and sofa. A perfect place to hang out or stow your luggage and go out on the town. The rooms are clean, updated and tastefully decorated.

This was a great spot for our anniversary weekend getaway to Key West! Two blocks off Duval st and central to pretty much everything. The property and room were immaculately clean. The Golden Nugget is quite cozy but perfect for a couple's weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful place to stay and very close to Duval Street and restaurants. The Golden Nugget room was very clean and neat and enjoyed the snacks and coffee bar. The lounge also had coffee and ice if needed. I would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be to have a stool or chair in the bedroom or bathroom to use while putting on shoes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful little respite just a block off Duvall Street. We walked everywhere. The guest room was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. It was a little cramped and not much extra room for both of our luggage bags, but we made it work. Nice little pool on property although we only used it once and that was to enjoy a quiet pizza dinner with a bottle of wine away from the crowds on DuVall. The property Owner was very attentive and helped us upon arrival with a door lock that was a little finicky. They changed the battery and it worked well the rest of the stay.

Loved the vibe of this place and it's only about a block off the center of Duval St. The property was exactly as described and all the guests were awesome. After a day/night on Duval you can chill around the pool or just sit on the veranda and have a drink.
