"Aside from a short black out due to the council's poorly maintained infrastructure, the stay was delightful. Although, when requesting another towel it would have been nice to have not been met with quite strong resistance from one of the staff in the park. But aside from that the location was amazing, the view supreme and the accommodation delightful and comfortable."

"Location was great and easy checkin. Had everything I needed for a 1 night business stay. Comfy bed. Unfortunately I had cigarette smoke come in under my door as the smoking areas for rooms are right outside even though they are non smoking rooms. Heater only worked after I cleaned the filters and there was someone else's pubic hair left in the shower."

"Had a 2 bedroom lakeside cabin with beautiful view. Cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen with everything you would ever need. Porch overlooking lake had table with seating for 6 and bbq which was immaculately clean. Upon arrival had problem with tv, which by the way was a big screen which you don’t get to often, went to report it to reception and the staff member was already at the cabin when I returned. All in all would highly recommend."

"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business.
