"Amazing hotel! Great food and has a ton of amenities. My only complaint is how hot the weather was and no a/c in the main lobby areas. Loved every other bit!"

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes.
Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel."
"Decent hotel stay. Not enough dining options very close by, so you’ll need to walk up close to Umeda, but it’s not an issue. Staff were kind, it’s APA, so you get what you pay for. "
