Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"The beds are very comfortable, the location is great and we had great views towards the river. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options including Japanese food which was a plus being our first visit to Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provided great service. "A nice hotel in a convenient location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It's about a 14-minute walk to Osaka-Umeda Station, making it a good base for exploring the city. There is also a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away, which was very handy during our stay."
