This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. "For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite "

"We stayed with our grown up children for a night to catch up and relax together. The hotel is lovely and spacious and even though they had a Christmas party going on we didn't feel that we had been pushed out. We ate in the bar in the evening and the food was good. There was a minor hiccup with the order but resolved with no fuss.We used the spa facilities which were all clean and working. We had to wait to use the sauna steam and jacuzzi, it was quite busy and there was no restriction on the amount time you can spend in each so some stayed in the sauna for quite a while meaning many were waiting to use it. We still enjoyed our time there nevertheless. "
