"A lovely hotel in the heart of medieval Carcassonne with lots of cafes, restaurants and beautiful shops all on the doorstep. Staff on reception, at breakfast and cleaning were all great and attentive. Our suite room was spacious, with a great coffee machine and toiletries. The garden was a nice quiet space to sit and enjoy some sunshine."

"This is a very nice hotel in the walled city. Views are beautiful and the food is very good. Service was nice but a bit unorganized. We had some trouble with our room so they upgraded us to a suite. This is an old property (formerly the bishops house) and needs some upgrades like carpet and paint, par for the course with these older properties."
