"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9 All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people"
