"Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!"

"I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids."

"This property was truly a portal to wonder and relaxation. The lovingly restored farm house, stunning lakefront setting, and mostly the thoughtful and kind hosts made this our favorite getaway yet. We were greeted with a gift of homemade apple cake (recipe shared), then later by five deer and a multitude of rabbits in the yard. On our last day our host texted to let us know there were bald eagles catching a morning snack at the water’s edge. Just wonderful!"

"Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe...
