Had a wedding in the Fayetteville area and needed a place to crash for a couple nights. This house was perfect and had plenty of space! 4 bedrooms roomed our 5 people perfectly and even had room to spare. Owner was communicative and prompt and facilitated a great trip!

I loved this house. It was very clean, well equipped, and in a great neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our stay while visiting my son at University of Arkansas. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was just what we needed. A well-stocked, full-sized kitchen with a very nice deck gave us exactly what we wanted. A quiet place where we could just sit and visit. The beds were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the property.

Wonderful host.

The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.

Comfortable Convenience

Trip To Springdale

The condition of the property is outstanding. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The back patio is really nice. We did use the BBQ Pit a few times during the stay. It really just felt like a home away from home. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be booking this property again.

Wonderful

My mom and I came to Fayetteville for my daughter’s sorority mom’s weekend. This was a great relaxing place to stay. Beds were wonderful, house clean and enough room to lounge together in the family room. Wish we would have spent more time relaxing here but it was a busy weekend of events.

Great time with family and friends. Prepared meals and played games. The house is large enough for a crowd. Table seats 4, but on one night we sat 9 to the table! Memories made breaking bread together

Family Slumber Party

Our family was on the way to Branson for a week. We needed a place to stay so we could go to Sam's to shop fir our stay there. This home was perfect!! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortably beds, back deck to sit on in the evenings, and the decorations throughout the home were SO cute!! Check-in and check-out were very easy! Communication from the host was great as well! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Clean, comfortable and well appointed

I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids.

Razorback Game Weekend

This is the cutest house! It was like stepping into a magazine. Super peaceful neighborhood and such a comfortable house! We had the best time with our Razorbacks and other grown children! We loved spending time in the backyard on the deck, playing games, and hanging out with our family. We had everything we needed! Thank you! We will definitely looking at booking with you again!

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting other family in town. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day, but it was so wonderful to have a home to come back to at the end of the day away from the Thanksgiving festivities. We loved the beautiful location and how close it was to many stores and restaurants. We appreciated the WiFi and the smart tvs in each room. As a mother of a 1.5 year old, I was very grateful that there was a rocking chair in the living room! So soothing for us both! Something that was surprising though, was that the bunk bed room was in an area off the garage. My nieces that stayed with us thought it was the best secret hide out! Thanks for hosting us!
