"Very friendly staff, even at 12:30am. Our bathroom was a very tiny toilet+tub room with the sink in the main bed area, was ok for us, but would be impossible to get ready if one of you was still sleeping. Nice sheets, very tall beds. The condition issues were all just maintenance, cleanliness was good. The toilet paper holder and toiletry holders were both broken. "

Cannot believe it was the Hyatt brand. Stained carpets everywhere - room and common areas, stains on sheets and bedding. Basically a dirty room that was lightly surface-cleaned. Simply disgusting. Paper-thin wall. Overall, a terrible property in dire need of many improvements. This was our first trip, with many more to come to Rochester and will never stay there again. T"
