"The host is not very responsive to messages. No wifi code or password anywhere to find and didn’t get it from host till the second night and we left the next morning. "We've stayed at this location multiple times. It works for parents with kids visiting museums and events in downtown Rochester. It's only 15 from downtown. The positives include affordable, reasonably clean, an included decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The mediocre is that the rooms lack places to hang clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the walkways in the room are tight, the bathroom fixtures are warn and sometimes take fiddling to make work properly, the dining room is best early in the morning because it gets very full as the morning goes later, and the pool can be overly crowded depending on time of day. It's not posh, but it's good value for the money and we've never had problems with noise or unresponsive staff."

All of the food looked very good unfortunately everything eggs, coffee, sausage etc on the buffet was completely COLD. When I complained the server did request fresh eggs and coffee from the kitchen. They only deducted 20 per cent from the check. In restrospect I wish I had said I wasn't eating or paying and left to go elsewhere."
