"I would have given higher stars if my room had been ready. I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready and I arrived for check in after 5pm!! And then on checkout day the cleaning staff banged on my door at 930 am to tell me it was check out day as if I didn’t know. Especially frustrating after the Check in issue"
