Location and price were good. Absolutely NO consideration or effort for early arrives and first room was dirty, bed practically on floor and air conditioner broken. That staff group was useless. NExt day the staff changed my room and were very helpful and friendly. Door lock kept failing but they finally changed it out on my last day. You get what you pay for but location was perfect!

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room.
So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.

I would like to draw your attention to a persistent issue I faced during my stay at the Sheraton hotel. Over the course of my visit, I reported the fire alarm flashing throughout the night due to a low battery on four separate occasions. The bright, intermittent light was incredibly distracting and made it nearly impossible to rest properly, as it shone directly in my eyes.
