"Short walk downhill from the Havaist stop. Convenient location. Checked in very late due to a severely delayed flight. My room was clean and refreshed daily. Overall nice quiet place to stay with friendly staff(family)."

"Excellent location. Clean. A short flight of steep stairs, being nimble of foot helpful."

"Pour le prix payé c’est un bon logement. Escalier raide pour arriver au 4eme etage, pour des personnes en mobilité réduite ou avec grandes valises c’est compliqué. Le logement est dans un quartier populaire, grandes disputes dans la rue la première nuit. Pas de volets occultants si vous êtes sensible à la lumière ceci peut être un problème. Il faisait assez frais les deux premières nuits mais nous avons pu obtenir des couvertures en plus. Canapé très taché, nous l’avons pas utilisé. Poêle très...

"Very helpful staff"

"Really a great hotel. Kitchen, no tourist, near proper supermarket, local bakery, kind staffs and roof top sitting area at sister’s hotel nearby (free tea and coffee all day) Hotel is like a home stay, so comfortable, very bright, good space. Front desk person works in the morning for check in, after that go to the sister’s hotel 3 minutes walk to, if u have a luggage it could b inconvenient. A sign at the door with phone number to contact them. If u don’t have data and phone, that could be a...

"I stayed in different hotels with better price in Istanbul. First of all there is no elevator in the building and due to bad design of stairs, its a big hassle to move luggages upstairs. The Tv had no channels, so it was completely useless. The Safe box was out of order too. Moreover, There was a intense sewage odor in the bathroom which could spread in the room. Overal not happy with the stay."

"I recommend! The room is cozy, good location and the staff is excellent. They even helped me ordering food because the apps didn’t accept foreign phone numbers."

"Nice spot at a good price."

"I am visiting for business and I am very satisfied. The cleanliness of the rooms was good."

"Worth it"

"We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!"

"The owners of the hotel were friendly, very welcoming and prompt to help with any anything. The property is centrally, clean and walking distance to ton of amenities.Comfortable bed and surrounding entertainments. Thank you very much for everything."
