Rooms were spotlessly clean, like they’d been taken care of with a mother’s touch. Mr. Tayfur, one of the hotel owners, was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is right in the heart of Istanbul. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you very much for everything.

Tayfur is very accomodating. Gave some recommendations on where to dine and what to try. Room and restroom is quite small but can provide majority of your needs. This place is okay for solo travellers who will be outside most of the time.

Welcoming host and ideal location

I had a fantastic stay at this place, the host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me get to know the city. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location for exploring. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul!

My husband and I had a great time at this property! We booked a tour around Turkey but wanted to explore for a few days on our own and decided to pick this place. It’s operated by 2 locals and not a big franchise which was the first green flag, and it’s walking distance to just about everything! There are (hundreds) of restaurants all within a 20 minute walking distance along with the typical sites of Taksim square and Galata. The rooms are a bit small but the air conditioning works great and we had everything we needed. The owners are also very friendly and gave us a list of their food and activity recommendations.

Breathtaking from Start to Finish! From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was completely mesmerized. The decor is stunning, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that sets the tone for your entire stay. My room was impeccably clean, with plenty of fresh towels and a spotless bathroom and shower. The host was simply amazing—friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Speaking of food, the on-site dining options were fantastic, with excellent bars offering a wide selection of drinks. The people in the surrounding area were incredibly kind and humble, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Transportation was conveniently close, making it easy to explore the area. As a female solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. This hotel is truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel managers were both extremely nice and accommodating to myself and wife. Treated us as if we’re guests in their home and went above and beyond for us when my wife and I both were feeling unwell. In addition to the location, I highly recommend staying here!

The best place

the owner and his partner super friendly the best of the experiences in istanbul, he advised us at all times how to go to the places he showed us the best places to eat, buy go to the Turkish bath, always available no matter what time it was very early or late, friendly from the first day of our arrival attentive to be there, the best location of the hotel, cleanliness definitely 100% recommended and of course I would return there

We were met by Tayfur who got us settled and shared loads of local tips and recommendations. He was a grwat host, who was onnhand throughout our stay to answer questions, help with bookings and to share local knowledge. The hotel is fairly basic (I was glad of my earplugs and eyemask) but clean and great value for money. The area is fabulous, full of cafes, restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of trams, ferries and major attractions. Highly recommended. (NB no lift, highest rooms are 4th floor).

The property owner is AMAZING! He was super helpful and just an absolute gem. The property itself was on par for the price. Nothing fancy. Quite small. There were some small things in the room falling apart like shelves and stuff but nothing that would ruin your stay. :)

10/10!! We honestly had the best time at casa rosa suites! We booked two rooms, they were very spacous and beautiful designed with air conditioner. The bathroom is a bit tiny but in a very good condition (new). The owner were the best hosts one could imagine! Always friendly and available (from the booking till the end). they helped us with everything (!) We enjoyed istanbul so much thanks to their hospitality. 100% recommandation!! The perfect place to stay - lots of cafes and restaurants around to have breakfast and lunch. The tram station just 2 minutes by foot. We loved it and we will definitely stay here again:)

The room they gave us when we arrived did not correspond to what was shown in the photo. The place is very small and too uncomfortable. Later they changed us to one similar to the presentation photo, but the bathrooms are small... apart from area is not safe .. they stole my wallet with everything ... literally

Not as expected

The host was friendly but the reason for the bad rating is that we paid for something and what we got was different. The room is located in the 4th floor (no elevator), there is no LCD TV in it nor any sort of entertainment, during the whole stay they never provided any bottled water, some parts of the curtains were missing so sun light passes through which makes it difficult to sleep, the room was noisy not soundproof you can hear everything, in addition to that we arrived early in the morning and waited almost an hour in the street just to get hold of someone (no pincode was provided)
