"Great time had for all!"

"Good location close to everything in Eureka Springs. No covered parking. The house was clean with comfortable furniture. Beds were just okay. No bathroom on the lower level. WiFi was good but TV in master bedroom is not working. Nice pool table on the lower level. Ample seating for visiting on both levels. The kitchen is in need of organizing and has no provisions for cooking beyond pots and pans and a few utensils. Bring whatever you need; salt, pepper sweetener, cooking spray, aluminum foil,...

"This is a wonderful space for family and friends. The kitchen has ALL the supplies you need, including SHARP knives. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub was clean and easy to get to even in the 23 degree weather. We did not get to use the trails but will def be back!"
