"Great location and staff. Breakfast was excellent. The show was fun. No mini fridge. ;( lighting in bathrooms for make up doesn’t exist. The staff after my third stay are on first name bases are just great. With advise for travel. Restaurants and things to do. "

"Convenient, inexpensive, and surprisingly quiet for anyone needing an overnight before/ after a Eurostar trip. Decent size room, modern look. Very basic amenities: no tissues, no cups of any kind for taking a pill, etc. Obviously no tea/coffee in room. Bathroom fixtures and sheets were clean, but carpet was badly stained."

"Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford! "

"Positives: Well located if you want to go sightseeing. Also near subways like Angel and two train stations. Very good breakfast in a nice spaceous place. Clean and organized lobby and downstair rest rooms. Good variety of restaurants that are walkable. Cons: the room i stayed in a double and single sized bed. Very very small. Corridor in between the beds fit only one person to walk/move at a time 12 inches… kind of tight. The AC/heating turns off automatically after a couple of hours. A pain during the night Overall it is a good to stay despite the small room"
