Mini Golden Inns Motel

"The room was very nice. The shower was a bit annoying since the water tended to run onto the floor. We had to use towels to mop it up; and due to low staff we weren’t able to get room service. Other than that the place was very nice and quiet. We went mostly for glacier national park and we were about 1-2 hours away from the park depending on trail."

"A friend from out of state came with me on a short GNP adventure. This location was excellent for driving to Polebridge and Bowman Lake, using the West entrance, or driving around the park to visit Goat Lick, Bear Creek and other places on our way to Many Glacier. We even watched a black bear having a bit of a grass snack along the way. Loved having the door code and room number texted to me as we arrived. Easy to come and go without needing to take time to check in at the front desk. The room had a European feel to it. It was clean and roomy with a good size fridge. Hot water and hot chocolate are conveniently located in the lobby. Usually I don’t find hot chocolate so this was very nice because we aren’t coffee drinkers. The beds were ok. They feel like firm memory foam. The shower was great except there was not much pressure the morning we checked out. Both of us are on the short side of size and it would have been better to have a hand held shower head. Loved the rock on the shower floor! Also, the staff kept in touch via text and any questions I had were quickly answered. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is better than it looks on first impressions. Owner was great and helpful. If you want shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer you need to ask. Obviously, not a 5 star kind of place if comparing to a nice hotel, but that's ok, it was a one night stop for us and we had a comfortable bed and we don't need much more than that. Note, you are right by the train tracks and we heard trains all night long."
