"As soon as we entered the hotel we knew it would be a good stay. The hotel lobby was spotless. Our room was excellent. You could tell the staff took pride in there hotel. Will stay there whenever we return to Great Falls"

"Our particular room had old lighting fixtures. I also had them get me a different blanket as the one on the bed was old and very thin. The manager made sure that a newer blanket was brought up to me almost immediately. The room was clean and the breakfast was good."

He looked up on his computer and said it wasn't on there. Even with my confirmation on my phone he wouldn't recognize my booking still.
