Some crazy English gal was yelling at them about an ice machine that did not work, as she was using a working ice machine that was working. She tried to get me involved and I said the ice machine is working and this is the cheapest room in Kalispell after all?!?!? It was an awesome Karen moment wish I recorded it. "
