"The staff were very polite, the room and housekeeping were superb!"

"Check-in and concierge services were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the hotel and the suite. The only issue we encountered was the very inconsistent information regarding a late check-out. The day before our departure, we were told to ask again in the evening because the daily rate was not yet known. In the evening, we were then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could only check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am. On the day of departure, we were once again informed that a late check-out was not possible. It was only when we spoke to a more experienced staff member that we learned a late check-out was in fact available for an extra charge. We happily paid this fee and were able to check out at 3 pm. This was very important for us as we were travelling with two small children and our flight to Europe was not scheduled until 10 pm. ⸻ "
